We’ve been doing this since around 2010, when we stuck a photo booth in the back of a Mini Cooper and drove it into festivals. Our rule of thumb: for 100 guests or more, an open photo pod keeps the queue moving. If clients are coming and you want people talking about it on Monday, go Glambot or 360. For a smaller team who’d love something to stick on the fridge, it’s the vintage booth every time.

Every year we theme our Christmas booths around what’s trending that season. Recent favourites include:

Each theme comes with a matching backdrop, print template and a box of props. Expect festive props you’ll regret wearing by 11pm. If your party has its own theme, our design team will build the booth around it.
How much does a Christmas photo booth cost in London?
Every Christmas booking is quoted on your party, so you only pay for what you need. These are the things that shape the price:
- The booth. A photo pod or vintage booth costs less than a Glambot, a 360 booth or a full photo room.
- How long you hire it. Longer hires cover the whole night, from welcome drinks to the last dance.
- Branding. A print template with your logo is included. Branded backdrops start from £250, and photo pod branding runs from £50 to £450. Fully wrapped booths are quoted separately.
- Location. There’s no travel charge within 40 miles of our HQ, which covers all of London.
Set-up and pack-down time is never charged, and every guest gets unlimited sessions and prints, so there are no surprises on the night. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 30 days before the party. Send us your date, venue and guest numbers and we’ll come back with a quote within 2 hours during office hours.
When should you book a Christmas party photo booth?
Book as soon as your party date is fixed. For December Thursdays and Fridays, that means by early November. Office Christmas parties cluster on the same few nights, and the most popular booths go first.

How much space and power does a photo booth need?
A photo pod needs at least 1.5m x 1.5m. Bigger sets like the Glitter Cube need around 2.2m x 2.2m. Indoor booths need a solid floor, cover overhead and a power socket nearby, so check with your venue that they allow booths. We arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your guests to set up.
