Sports Direct Football x Puma Warm Up 2 Uprising Event for Forever Faster Campaign
Sports Direct Football x Puma Warm Up 2 Uprising bash in London celebrated the sports brand Forever Faster campaign, a marketing statement to become the fastest sports brand in the world.
Among sports stars featured in the campaign are sprinter Usain Bolt, and soccer players Mario Balotelli, Sergio Agüero, and Marta Vieira da Silva. Rounding out the cast are golfers Rickie Fowler and Lexi Thompson and the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One team.
“Forever Faster is about PUMA making a statement as a brand and reminding people that we are and will continue to be the fastest sports brand in the world,” Adam Petrick, global marketing director at Puma, said in a statement. “We’ve always been known as a brand that takes risks and that’s not going to change, Forever Faster clearly represents that. This is going to change the way we approach product design and innovation as well as how we market our brand.”
The interactive sports event held in a converted warehouse space off Sloane Square in Chelsea with a VIP guest list to promote the campaign by creating boomerangs with the statement visuals surrounding the event. The event featured performances by SneakBo, free trims from A Star Barbers and challenges with Puma’s new Uprising footy boots.
