Montblanc at SalonQP marked their 110th anniversary

Montblanc at SalonQP marked their 110th anniversary at SalonQP with a unique photo experience to celebrate the Montblanc 4810 collection.

Luxury brand Montblanc showcased the fundamental values of Swiss watchmaking at SalonQP, the UK’s preeminent watch fair that was held at the Saatchi Gallery 3-5 November 2016. 2016 marked the 110th anniversary for Montblanc and to celebrate they showcased their 4810 collection and a personalised photo experience that prompted visitors to become the MontblancxSalon cover star. Guest could immerse themselves in the Maison’s Horological pioneers at SalonQP that have continue to push the boundaries and evolve the expression of fine craftsmanship across each of its product categories.

The Montblanc customised photo booth sent a custom email to the user encouraging them to share their photo on Instagram with #MontblancxSalonQP to win a stylish Montblanc Urban Spirit Backpack.

Part of the Montblanc experience at SalonQP was the launch of a very special UK Edition from managing director Davide Cerrito who shared his experience of Montblanc in his first year and introduce exceptional haute horlogerie to visitors.

Across the three days at SalonQP Montblanc shared their passion for fine watchmaking with key horological highlights including the debut Montblanc Collection Villeret Tourbillon Cylindrique Pocket Watch limited to only 8 pieces, the Villeret Tourbillon Bi-cylindrique 110 Years Anniversary Serpent Edition and Montblanc Brand Ambassador Lin Dan’s very own Montblanc TimeWalker Pythagore Ultra-Light which was made especially for him to use at the 2016 Olympics. These timepieces embody the finest skill and knowledge of Montblanc’s craftsmen. The Salon gave the chance to meet one of these artisans to see first-hand some of the techniques employed to craft such complicated pieces.
