Personalised Panini Stickers with Puma Suedes at Hotel Mundial
Hotel Mundial at The Truman Brewery plays host to all things World Cup in a month-long pop-up space in the heart of East London.
Forget the actual footy, one of the highlights of the World Cup for kids, and adults alike, are those famous Panini Stickers. The sticker albums returned to the mainstream during the 2014 World Cup, after losing out to Merlin’s sticker albums in the 90s.
To celebrate the return of the famous Panini Sticker, Hotel Mundial teamed up with Puma for an interactive photo experience that allowed visitors to create their very own retro sticker. We all remember the feeling of making those last few playground swaps to complete the album. That sense of satisfaction and genuine achievement when completing a sticker album.
Alongside screening the games, Hotel Mundial will function as a retail space selling football kits and exclusive merch. The pop-up space transforms into hangout hub complete with bar and DJs when the final whistle blows. Punters will have the opportunity to interact with the beautiful game and the culture that surrounds it. Open to fans all over the world to express their passion for football in a place that represents them.
Puma celebrates 50 years of their coveted Suedes collection at Hotel Mundial. To honour the anniversary, Puma will release exclusive Suedes inspired by the music world, the streets, fashion and pop culture.
Panini Sticker Packs will be available to purchase at most high-street stores, such as W.H. Smiths, while Amazon is selling multipacks including up to 500 stickers. Start collecting now and be overcome with nostalgia.
