2024 highlights

Here’s a look back at some of the standout events of 2024. We’ve selected moments that highlight the scope of our services, from white-label software and custom installations to an exclusive glimpse into our first year in Dubai.

1. Saudi F1

Megabooth captured the excitement of the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix with interactive photo moments for visitors to the fan park. Highlights included a bullet-time 3D photo experience and a personalized AI photo booth, where visitors could transform into F1 racers and view their photo in a custom-built Ai art gallery. The fan village also featured concerts and F1-themed activities, offering visitors an immersive experience throughout the four-day event.

2. Pepsi Max – Of-Fizz Snowball Fight

Pepsi’s December pop-up event in London allowed participants to enjoy a festive snowball fight, compete in a shuffleboard game and take part in a snowy office challenge. Guests could journey through the pop up into different rooms before relaxing in a chill-out area to view their best moments in the interactive kiosk area, where they could print and share their photo, while sipping on seasonal Pepsi drinks, buy exclusive merchandise, and have a snow ball fight… all captured by slow-motion photo booth.

3. Charlotte Tilbury – Unreal Skin Launch:

At the launch of Charlotte Tilbury’s Unreal Skin foundation, Megabooth set up a photo experience inside Outernet, where beauty enthusiasts could be snapped in a cover shot style photos and then see it displayed on immersive screens across the venue, creating a buzz around the product launch. The Unreal Ski booth travelled to other UK destinations before heading to Germany to finish the campaign tour.

4. The North Face – Infinity Room Activation

Megabooth created a unique infinity room photo activation for The North Face flagship stores in London and Berlin. The outdoor wear brand invited guest to take part in workshops and try on the exclusive Himalayan parka and preview it in 360 degrees inside the infinity room. The camera element captured the jacket from all angles and the experience showcased the brand’s innovative designs and allowed attendees to engage with the product in a memorable way.

5. MLB comes to London

The Major League Baseball brought a taste of American baseball to the heart of London with an epic three-day event that took over Trafalgar Square. Our captivating Glambot and branded photo pod were on hand to document all the excitement.

Door Booth for Ahlan

Ahlan Hot 100 celebrates the influential and prominent figures shaping Dubai’s unique landscape. Through a structured approach, they have meticulously identified those making the greatest impact, ensuring a fair and thorough selection process. In partnership with FIVE LUXE, the latest addition to the FIVE Hotels & Resorts collection, is a vibrant new hotspot that has quickly established itself as the city’s go-to party destination. This chic destination perfectly complements the grandeur of the ahlan Hot 100 party and the premier of our peep hole video booth.

Retro Booth for Huda Beauty

The retro booth featured at Huda Beauty’s new launch Liquid Blush, blush filter collection and hosted an event at London’s 180 Strand to celebrate.
Beauty enthusiasts attended the event for the opportunity to sample the latest gem from Huda Beauty and were impressed with how incredible the product smells. Liquid Blush is available in five universal shades that promise to flatter every skin tone.
The customised Liquid Blush retro booth was there to capture all the beauty-filled action. Guests were able to take flawless pictures wearing the Liquid Blush product and other pink-themed props. Shortly after, they received old-school print strips and had their images emailed to them using our email-sharing function.
