Bringing AI into beauty experiences
We recently worked with Charlotte Tilbury to develop an interactive activation that combined AI shade matching, survey logic, and live photo capture into one smooth guest experience.
Guests used our custom-built touchscreen booth to answer a few short questions about their skin tone and undertone. From there, AI analysed their portrait and instantly identified their perfect Airbrush Flawless Foundation shade. Their shade number (for example, 5N) appeared live on their photo layout, ready to print and share with the Charlotte Tilbury team for further consultation and a free sample.
The experience was a mix of smart technology and beautiful design that encouraged both engagement and genuine product discovery.
