Terms and Conditions – Delivery and Returns
Orders take 1 business day (Monday-Friday) to process before they are shipped from the Megabooth Head Office in Essex.
Postage and packaging is Free within the UK, if you’re outside of the UK we will inform you of any changes to the shipping cost once we process your order.
Domestic Delivery Time
All domestic orders are shipped Royal Mail.
Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Delivery will normally take 2-5 business days.
Local Delivery – If order is placed before 10am we can deliver the item the same day. Any time after will be delivered within 24hrs.
International orders’ shipping times vary, depending on where you live and what service you choose.
Air shipments take between 1-2 weeks.
Please note once a shipment leaves England the delivery depends largely on the destination country’s postal service.
Shipments outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. We make every effort on our end to make these duties, taxes and fees as low as possible.

Megabooth understands that exchanges and refunds may occur. Returns will be accepted for exchange, store credit or a full refund. In order to exchange an order you must contact us first.

Domestic Orders may only be exchanged within 14 days of ship date.
International Orders may only be exchanged within 30 days of ship date.
Exchanged items must be in ORIGINAL condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed).
YOU MUST HAVE AUTHORISATION FROM MEGABOOTH AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
