UAL’s The Social Programme Freshers’ Parties 2015 – #UALsocial
The University of Arts London is responsible for the UK’s leading Social Programme, an enterprise run by students, for students. The Social Programme offers a range of experiences through events, campaigns and community projects in our vibrant and exciting capital.
The Social Programme boasts an international and socially diverse community and encourages students to join them, regardless of age or background. When you live in one of the UAL’s dedicated halls the programme is totally free because they want students to have the best all-round student experience.
The Freshers’ 2015 #UALHalls welcome parties begin this Saturday at three student accommodations including the art inspired Sketch House, Will Wyatt Court and The Costume Store, the UAL’s newest and most cutting edge halls.
For all three events there will be new photo pods at each site, and in addition to photo fun, new students will receive a warm welcome to their home by enjoying a traditional student diet of pizza and booze, playing retro games and finding out all they need to know on the best local bars and clubs.
The Social Programme summer events 2015 – The accommodation services team and The Social Programme team work hard to make it the best experience for all our new students and it all kicks off for freshers’ straight after the welcome talk….
Sketch House is a brand new development exclusive for UAL students. Based right in the heart of Finsbury Park, this is a perfect location for students wishing to be close to central London in a lively community.
The Costume Store is based in North Acton on the central line. Whilst it looks far on the map it has some fantastic transport links to some of London’s most exciting areas.
Will Wyatt Court is situated in the vibrant and trendy area of Old Street, between the uber cool East London and the cultural highlights of the West End. Old Street station provides easy access to central London.
