Photo booth events in October part 3 include the first #SMLates at the Science Museum, Charlotte Posner’s Desire Art Exhibition, plus Joy Festival with Mondelez International and Strictly Come Dancing.
Science Museum Lates
Science Museum Lates is a new adults-only after hour theme nights that will take place in the museum on the last Wednesday of every month. Each entry in this hugely popular ongoing series of events are centred on a different theme: from sex to climate change, from Churchill’s wartime scientists to childhood.
Supported by King developers of the Candy Crush franchise and other mobile games, the Science Museum are inviting guests to explore the world of computer and coding, plus there will be live music, the punk science comedy show and the best silent disco in town.
To capture this exciting series of event kicking off this week (October 28th) we have collaborated with the Science Museum and provided them with a branded hashtag printed station to track all the #SMLates posts on Twitter and Instagram.
Desire Art Exhibition by Charlotte Posner
Sponsored by charity Wizo and Megabooth, professional artist Charlotte Posner hosted an art exhibition at the Camden Image Gallery on October 28th, showcasing her much admired and coveted ‘5 ladies’ collection. The series of art ranged from classic fashion sketches to Cereal brands, London show girls and old fashioned sweets. The sold out event was be an opportunity to explore Charlotte’s fabulous ‘5 ladies’ collection and purchase originals or replica prints. Adding futuristic art to the evening will be the latest light painting innovation, Glow Photography, offered by sister company The Social Picture. A five ladies light painting maybe? After stops at Leeds, Nottingham and Birmingham University the Joy Festival tour hosted by Mondelez International culminates at Bath Uni on October 30th. Joy Festival is a fun-filled event in which the world’s most delicious brands are brought to life through a series of imaginative games and activities including a branded photo booth. The festival is also an opportunity for students to find out more about Mondelez International’s exciting range of career opportunities and internships for students.
Strictly Come Dancing
The fabulous 13th series is well and truly underway and has brought back the sparkle to Saturday nights on BBC One. This year it’s packed full of glitz, glamour, sequins, show stopping moves, sequins, fake tan and even more sequins. To keep the audience and production team entertained we’ve supplied the hit BBC series with a branded photo pod, situated outside the George Lucas studio – the branded photo pod keeps in theme with the shows sparkly appeal.
