The Social Picture live event photography experience for Mini at Goodwood Festival of Speed
Goodwood Festival of Speed 2016 was the world premiere of the first MINI Seven and the unveiling of a brand new John Cooper Works Challenge – the fastest production car exclusively built for the UK market. To capture the excitement surrounding the MINI stand at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed we created an interactive live photography activation. The photo experience featured two photographers from The Social Picture taking photos that were wirelessly transferred and displayed chronologically on an iPad and printed instantly with MINI branded frames – a welcome souvenir to car enthusiasts and loyal supporters of MINI at Goodwood Festival of Speed over the 4 days. All visitors had the opportunity to view their photo on an iPad and select how many print outs they want per photo.
MINI’s experimental and interactive stand featured the world premiere of the new Mini Seven and John Cooper Works Challenge, a 3D virtual exhibit showcasing the MINI Vision Next 100 vehicle, developed to celebrate 100 Years of BMW Group and a virtual gaming opportunity for visitors to try their hand at racing themselves on the MINI Challenge Racing Experience.

The live photography activation at Goodwood Festival of Speed is a great way to engage with your target audience and reach out to a potential new audience.
