The bright, bold and vibrant #DrenchedNails campaign is a unique collaboration between Beats By Dre and London’s flyest nail artist Sophy Robson. The new concept nail salon took place between the 25th – 27th April in Percy Street, London with a nail bar, Beats Solo headphones, an iPad listening station with music from DJ Melody Kane from SBTV and Charlotte Devaney and of course a branded photo booth supplied by us. The opening night saw DJ Zara Martin and Siobhan Bell spin some records and a special nail appointment for singer-songwriter Eliza Doolittle, who beat the queue that went long into the night, to get her nails drenched in colour.
Over the three days the lucky few that managed to book a free appointment could quite literally get their nails drenched in colour by Sophy Robson’s team of professional nail technicians whilst sporting a pair of Beats By Dre Solo Headphones in the colour of their choice. While all the visitors let their uber cool nail colour dry off, they could indulge in a mouthwatering slush puppy and get a photo with us with the choice of 6 filters exclusively made for the event.
The brand new Beats Solo HD headphones are made to be a lighter, on-ear version of classic Studios offering the signature sound profile in a smaller, sleeker, more colorful package. They’ve recently teamed up with Futura, one of the original pioneers and most respected icons of today’s flourishing street art and graffiti movement to create a limited edition Apple artist series.
Premier nail artist Sophy Robson has dressed up nails for the likes of Tom Ford to Marc Jacobs and magazines such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Grazia, Elle and many more.
